This policy explains how [COMPANY NAME] ("we", "us"), based in [COUNTRY], handles your information when you use the slowSKY app and this website.
What we store
Your account: username, email, a secure hash of your password (never the password itself), gender, country and, if you add them, your name, date of birth, status and photos. The messages you send in rooms and private chats, and the messages you send us through Talk to us (with your app version and device type, so we can fix bugs). Your gifts, Aura transactions, game results, milestones and activity used for levels. IP addresses and sign-in attempts, kept briefly to stop abuse such as password guessing. Your phone's device ID, so an account banned for breaking the Community Guidelines can't simply sign up again; moderation records (kicks and bans, who made them and why).
How it is used
Only to run slowSKY: chat, levels, gifts, games, replying to messages you send us, and keeping accounts and rooms safe (for example sign-in and PIN protection, and moderation).
What we do not do
There are no advertising trackers or analytics services in the app, and we do not sell your data. The app loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which sees your device's IP address.
Who sees what
Your profile (username, level, badges, gender, country, status, milestones and gifts) is visible to other people. Your balance, email and date of birth are private. You choose in Account settings whether others see when you were last online.
Deleting your account
Account > Delete account permanently deletes your profile details, private chats, friends, likes, visitors, milestones, gift collection and activity. Messages you posted in public rooms and records of Aura transactions and games are kept without your name (shown as "Deleted user"), because other people's conversations and the Aura economy depend on them.
Where it is kept
Your data is stored on servers run by [HOSTING PROVIDER] in [SERVER REGION]. They process it only on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep your account until you delete it (see Delete Account). Security records, such as sign-in attempts, are kept for [RETENTION PERIOD].
Children
