Delete your slowSKY account

In the app

1. Open slowSKY and go to Account.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm with your password.

Your account is deleted straight away and can't be recovered.

Without the app

Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account" and your username. We'll confirm and delete it within [DELETION TIME, e.g. 30 days].

What is deleted and what is kept

Account > Delete account permanently deletes your profile details, private chats, friends, likes, visitors, milestones, gift collection and activity. Messages you posted in public rooms and records of Aura transactions and games are kept without your name (shown as "Deleted user"), because other people's conversations and the Aura economy depend on them.
